Vipassana - 10 days of Silence ! Our Experience & What to expect at a Vipassana Meditation Centre

Vipassana - 10 days of Silence ! Our Experience & What to expect at a Vipassana Meditation Centre

Hy friends in this post we wanted to share our experience with Vipassana.

Vipassana - meaning to see things as they really are, is an ancient meditation technique with origins in India.

We first came to know about it through Yuval Noah Harari, the best selling author who in his book Homo Deus credited Vipassana, and how it has helped him with concentration, clarity and focus.

In the first video we share our experience with the 10 days meditation retreat and in the second video, we share what you can expect at a Vipassana Meditation Centre.

Hope you find this useful !

We share our experience of being silent for 240 hours, meditating for 10 days whilst attending a #Vipassana#Meditation#retreat

In this video, we share our thoughts before attending the course, our concerns and what made us want to try it.

And after 10 days of our experience, what we learnt and the difficulties we encountered.

DISCLAIMER! it's recommended to go into the course without any expectations, so though we share some of our experiences, it's best to go with an open mind.

Also, we discuss our experience with the technique, in order to learn and understand it properly, attending a 10-day course is crucial.

We hope you find the video helpful, and if you have any questions do leave them below.

In this video, I share an overview of what you can expect at a Vipassana Centre.
